KOYO Custom Imprint Terms and Information
- The logo size, colors, and placement onto the dishware is decided between the customer and the KOYO representative.
- Once the above details are determined, the customer will receive a sample image proof of the finished logo product for him/her to confirm.
- Once the digital proof is confirmed, the logo(s) is sent to the decal company for print.
- Once the decal-making company completes the prints, each decal is hand-applied and baked in our specialized kiln.
- The final products are packed and shipped to the customer.
**The entire process may take up to 5-6 weeks NOT including transit time.**
Elaborate designs (multiple decals) and holiday season orders may take longer.
INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE:
- BASICS: Restaurant name, billing & shipping address, contact info.
- DEADLINE: Date that you need the finished products delivered by.
- Please note the 5-6 week processing time AND transit time
- ITEM & QUANTITY: Item # of the product you want customized and the quantity
- Minimum quantity for wholesale price is 120 per logo item. (Unless the same logo of the same size and colors can be used for more than one item, in which case you may combine quantities of several items to meet the minimum qty.)
- Price & Quantity Breaks: 120, 240, 480
- COLORS: The House Color Chart # that you would like to use for your logo

- LOGO: We will need the file for the logo image you would like to put on the dishware. (Greater than 300 dpi resolution – AI, PSD, PDF files)
LOGO ARTWORK DETAILS & PRICING
- SIZE: Standard price up to 2sq. inch. Additional cost per extra square inch.
- COLORS: Standard price up to 2 house colors. Additional cost per extra color
**Color Match Fee of $50 for PANTONE colors that are not house colors**
- QUANTITY: Under minimum quantities will be charged extra each.
- LOGO: Each additional logo (decal) per item will be an extra fee.
(Example: One image on front of bowl, second image on back of bowl = 2 images)
Sales Order: For your reference, you will receive a sales order, which EXCLUDES shipping and handling costs, at the beginning of the process so that you will have an idea of the grand total.
- Your final invoice will be sent via email once your order has been completed and is ready to ship out.
- You may call us at (310) 322-4300 at any time during the process to provide us with your credit card information.
- Payment will be processed before your order is shipped out.
- Please indicate where you would like us to send the copy of your receipt and payment confirmation.
- Due to the nature of the process, custom logo orders cannot be canceled once the customer has confirmed the logo details. Urgent cancellations may be settled at a fee determined by KOYO.
- KOYO is NOT a design company. We specialize in dishware, as well as the imprinting of logos onto the dishware. Therefore, we can only do minimal editing (i.e. resizing, color changes, simplifying an already-existing image, etc.) and do not make any design-related changes to the logo provided. Please send us the FINAL logo image that you would like to imprint as it would appear on the dishware.
- As these custom logo imprints are hand-applied and baked, the results will slightly have some natural differences in color. Further, the final invoiced quantity may be adjusted up to 5 pieces to accommodate the unexpected damages of when they are baked in the kiln.
