KOYO is committed to making koyoshop.com usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our standard

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Where we are now

In 2026 we engaged an accessibility specialist to review the store against that standard and to correct what the review found. The corrections that review identified have been applied to the store's theme.

Accessibility is not a state a website reaches once. As we add products, pages and images we aim to hold the same standard, and we aim to look at it again when we make significant changes to the store.

About this review

The review looked at the pages the store itself serves, across a representative set of its page types. Some parts of the shopping experience are built by other companies rather than by us — checkout and the account screens Shopify serves, and features supplied by outside vendors that render their own interface on our pages — and our corrections did not extend into them.

That is a statement about who builds what, not about who will help you. If you meet a barrier anywhere on the store, including in one of those parts, tell us and we will do what we can to help.
